Intellectual Property
All content and materials provided on this website (digital content, logo, images, downloadable materials, etc.) or during consultations (including recordings) and events are the intellectual property of Your Resident Astrologer. You may not reproduce, share, or republish them without written permission.
Confidentiality
All consultations are held in the strictest of confidence.
Confidential information does not include: i) information that was in the possession of Your Resident Astrologer prior to its being furnished by the client; ii) information generally known to the public or in the client’s industry; iii) information that Your Resident Astrologer is required to disclose by law.
Consultation (Reading)
- For private readings and Astrology Coaching sessions, full payment is due at the time of booking, which allows work to begin on your request.
- Appointment reminders are sent via email and text message. Please ensure your contact info is correct and up to date. Check your junk or spam folder for emails sent from Your Resident Astrologer.
- No-shows or lateness beyond 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment time will forfeit your appointment and your fee paid.
- If you need to reschedule your reading, you have 48 hours prior to the booking to make changes.
- Once a reading is booked, an email with the Zoom meeting link will be sent to the email address you provided. You will have the option to record your session to receive a recording.
- All purchases are final. If you cannot attend, your purchase can be used as credit for another reading.
- By booking a reading, you agree to provide accurate birth details (time, date, place) necessary for your session.
- No reading will be conducted while clients are driving or traveling en route to a destination, attending a public event, or anywhere else that’s considered loud and distracting, or where there’s an overall lack of privacy. On such occasions, there will be an opportunity to cancel or reschedule the session without a refund. If the session is rescheduled, there will be a $50 rescheduling fee.
Events
- Event cancellations made less than 72 hours before the appointment are non-refundable.
- A 50% deposit is required to secure any Event (Corporate / Private / Brand Activation) booking.
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- Full balance is due on the day of the event.
- For events, scheduling at least 4 weeks ahead of time is recommended.
